Warrior Yoga

Yoga for First Responders & Community

This class is a space to build strength safely, reconnect to your breath, and restore calm in both body and mind.

Designed with First Responders in mind, this class offers stress management tools to help process the weight of the work, regulate the nervous system, and enhance performance without sacrificing well-being.

But this space is not exclusive.
Because stress does not discriminate.

Whether you serve on the front lines, in an office, at home, or in your community — we all carry responsibility, pressure, and unseen load.

In this class, you will:

• Build strength that creates safety and trust within your body
• Develop breath practices that bring calm in moments of intensity
• Learn tools to manage stress and anxiety both on and off the mat
• Experience deeper relaxation to support recovery and clarity

All levels. All backgrounds. All professions.
Everyone is welcome here.

This is more than a workout — it is training for your nervous system.
A place to rebuild steadiness, reconnect to your breath, and leave feeling grounded, capable, and restored.

3 PM on May 31st at the Essence of Healing Yoga, and Wellness studio in Stony Plain
